Mood Balance for: Depression, Bi-Polar, ADD, & Addictions Behaviors

Are you,
or is your loved one
said to be: "Bi-Polar?"

Mood balance is
a very complicated thing.

There can be many reasons
for why people
are "moody" or have
bouts of depression or even
addictive behaviors:
It could be:
Hypoglycemia,
Food Allergies,
Yeast Imbalances,
Hormonal Imbalances,
and often times in women it's
Thyroid Imbalances that
may be causing dark moods
or mood swings.
It's important to find out what may be a contributing factor yet it always is a combination of things.

So get it checked out
by your Doctor.
If your Doctor is not interested, go to another Dr. Take charge of your own body, take responsibility for your health and especially,
in taking care of others - get several options and seek out a Medical Doctor who is open to doing complimentary medicine. Be open and aware of people showing up who can help you with nutrition and holistic methods of healing that can add positive energy to more alopathic methods of healing.

Emotional Balance:

Addictions are only there
until you find it's upgrade.
It's always about filling the hole
we feel is there inside us.
Our love allows the emptiness
and then
fills the hole!

The evolution is
being empathized!

It's hip and sexy to Care!

ADD - who has the
attention deficit?

Is the person labeled "ADD":
a creative, intuitive, multi-tasker, and visual/spatial learner - who learns best through visceral experiences like video games, movies, and computers.
Absorbs information best in graphs, pictures, & charts that show the whole over view?

Perhaps not a "dis-ease" -
just a different
learning style.
Do you find that you are interested in creative expression more than

being told what to learn?

In healing we all need to balance the biological terrain inside us -
all 3 steps.

1.Building up the
immune system

2.Cleansing out the
digestive system

3. Balancing the body, mind, heart & spirit. This will heal any "dis-ease" as focus on our calling - this co-creates
with spirit a sense of being "in-ease".

We seek balance as does our bodies and healing: mental, emotional, physical &/or spiritual needs.

This is why taking toxic drugs to "feel" better may be a temporary solution, however it's like putting a band aid on a gushing wound and should never be a life long solution.
Especially when there are now natural long term solutions.

Spiritual Balance
is what we all seek no matter how the "dis-ease" shows up - it's all about allowing ourselves to be "in-ease".

We all need healthy support and most of the time people get depressed because the lack of really healthy interdependent relationships
in their lives.

Sometimes, it's hard to ask for support when you really need it - so if you feel that way - reach out to those who care about you.

If you feel too alone then go volunteer to feed the homeless or something like that.
You will feel much better about a person who gives like that to others.
Then, rewards yourself with a nice long walk of appreciation -
where you think about all the things you are grateful for and top it off with a hot bath.
