Air=mental balance
Our thoughts can help heal us or harm us -
our thoughts can feed us energy or take our energy away.

The more intellectual we are, the more damage we can do...
if our thoughts are not constructive.

Remember: learning to make the best out of what ever happens,

is one of the most important keys to life
for it is how we do,
(with what intention we do) what ever we do

that is the real essence of our task.

Here's a way to get to the bottom of negative inner voices & get some answers:
Going on a "junk thought fast"...

Decide to have a specific period
when no junk thoughts
are left to linger very long.

Focus on re-wording the thoughts
by turning the core idea
that the thought is being expressed through,
into a constructive one that empowers you, (rather than emphasizing what you don't want to attract or keep with you)
to evoke the prayer/concept/wish clearly that you are envisioning.

Feel the feeling of having it... and see that is in everything that is happening - unfolding in the mysterious way that life offers us our gifts.

As you progress you'll usually find
that you think negative thoughts more often than you think.
The idea is to upgrade to a positive rendition of the idea
behind the thought

more & more quickly.

Enlightenment...

Deeper & deeper
levels of relaxation
more & more
humorous perspectives &
shorter & shorter
recovery time
getting back to center...
when facing stuff.

Remember:
Our #1
"Cosmic Loophole".

is gratitude to start living in
SYNCHRONICITY.

If you want to take the experience a little deeper then
allow yourself to start...
URBAN VISION QUESTING

if you have a big choice to make - or if your really need to honor your needs
while going through a transisition or just ready to make a change.

Then URBAN VISION QUESTING
is just the ticket...
j
ust go about your normal day if you want to.
Or you can take the day off & just do what you feel...

The important thing is to have fun and to make it magical...
Do the stuff you have to do in a new way... or if you have the time
(AND WE CAN ALL MAKE SOME TIME AVAILABLE FOR JOY)
then do things you love to do... things that bring you joy - like watching people on a bench - making a wish in a fountain, swinging on a swing at the park... or going thrift shopping - don't be surprised if you find the perfect symbol for exactly how you feel right now. Yet no matter what you do - keep asking yourself
these 3 questions:

1. WHAT
IS IT THAT I REALLY SEEK?
In a playful way... keeping asking this throughout the day and see what shows up... it's like being on a treasure hunt - for signs and symbols that are leading you to know what you really care about.

2. WHY AM I THINKING WHAT I AM THINKING?
By looking at HOW we are thinking about what we are seeking we begin to see if our thoughts are productive or not.

3. WHY AM I DOING WHAT I AM DOING?
If you are doing things that don't make you happy and really want to be happy
then please go back to question #1.

If you are having a fun time on your URBAN VISION QUEST
then know you can do it anywhere & at anytime... and being in nature can inspire knowingness very fast yet there lots of synchronicity in the city... as well if you are asking these questions and open to guidance you recieve.

We may look to others for the faith to believe in this love source many call God
and yet there are many names (*Please use the name you resonate with.)

Yet, it is inside all along through our own connection with Source *_________.

We may find support at Anonymous groups: AA / NA / OA... etc.

(& ALA non for those who are co-dependent with "addicts")
This fellowship does offer some real answers for those who are in real need.
And even has saved people's lives when then have needs that match those who show up
& people help one another to grow.

The Anonymous Groups have many great processes in the 12 steps as well -
yet at their core belief they say that we have to admit that we are we are
"sick" for life and will never heal completely.
That we are always an "addict" and we will always be tempted to be self-destructive.

This can seem very self-destructive to one on the path of awakening.

Awakening into our oneness with all of life is what our life is here to teach us and
the myth that there are others who are not sick, or "normal"
and they call them "norm-ies".

This "us vs. them" concept is a very self-destructive force and it can be found
at the root of all fear. Although one might stop the addictive behavior -
they will never heal completely - because that is what they believe.

What you believe - is what you see as real -
until there is... a new thought.

As our self-destructive addictive behaviors heal -
it is as we know them to be symptoms of a deeper underlying need for healing that lives both inside ourselves
and in our society at this time.

Mentorship
is a good thing and how it is done is as different as each person is.
We are all here to be lead back to our own calling
and life brings us many guides while we are here to help us make our way.

Where we find support is as much about how we understand support
and what we think we need in the way of support.
This is a continuous path and our definition will change.

Focus on the idea that we become what we think -
it is a really powerful thought.

So then, what takes us through our darkness
has a coloring in the light that comes.
There are many ways to get through our darkness
and be supported in our light.

Know that the whole universe wants you to shine your light.
